Yesterday on the M-06 Kyiv – Chop highway in Babyn, patrol officers stopped a Renault vehicle for speeding: the driver was traveling at 78 km/h.

During the document check, signs of alcohol intoxication were found in the 27-year-old driver. The examination result showed 0.42‰.
The police compiled administrative materials against the offender:
- under part 1 of article 122 (Exceeding the established speed limits by more than 20 km/h) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- under part 1 of article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The vehicle was towed to the impound lot.
