Recently, on the N-25 highway Goroдище — Rivne — Starokostiantyniv, near the village of Kruhly, a traffic accident occurred involving two vehicles.

According to patrol officers, the driver of the Skoda did not adhere to safety rules while overtaking, failing to ensure that the oncoming lane was clear. As a result, he collided with a Kia vehicle and fled the scene of the accident. After the collision, the Skoda lost control and crashed into a metal guardrail.
Both vehicles sustained significant mechanical damage.
Employees from the accident investigation department identified the 52-year-old Kia driver and summoned both participants of the accident to the patrol police department to complete the necessary paperwork.
A report was filed against the 52-year-old Kia driver under Article 122-4 (Leaving the Scene of an Accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, while an 18-year-old Skoda driver received a report under Article 124 (Traffic Violation Causing an Accident) of the KUpAP.
