On September 30, the community held a farewell for their fellow countryman and loyal defender of Ukraine, Anatoliy Koreyko.

The junior sergeant was killed on September 25 of this year in the Dnipropetrovsk region while performing a combat mission.
The farewell to the fallen soldier took place at T.H. Shevchenko Square and in his native village. Anatoliy Koreyko was buried in the local cemetery in Yapolot. The defender is survived by his wife, two daughters, mother, and three sisters.
