The State Geocadastre announced the sale of a special permit for amber extraction in the area of the village of Nyvetske, Sarny District. Following the auction held on November 5, the right to extract amber in this area was awarded to LLC “Rich Hall” for the next five years.

The auction, in which the special permit for amber-bearing subsoil was sold, took place on the electronic trading platform Prozorro.Sales. The starting price of the lot was 3.3 million UAH.
According to the terms, the auction winner will be able to conduct geological research of the site and extract minerals for five years.
Two participants took part in the bidding: LLC “First Polissya Mining Artel” and LLC “Rich Hall.” The latter company won by offering a bid of 3.4 million UAH.
It is worth noting that LLC “Rich Hall” was registered in 2024 in Kyiv. The company specializes in the extraction of mineral raw materials for the chemical industry and the production of mineral fertilizers. The owner is Timur Shevchenko.
