On November 6 at 14:24, rescuers assisted the police in retrieving the body of a man born in 1981 from a ditch approximately three meters deep in the city of Rivne.

Emergency units from the 2nd State Fire and Rescue Unit, as well as the Emergency Rescue Unit of the Special Purpose Detachment, were dispatched to the scene.
Using an excavator and shovels, the rescuers managed to excavate the body and bring it to the surface. The circumstances surrounding the man’s death are currently being investigated by the police.
Two units of special equipment from the State Emergency Service and six rescuers were involved in the operation.
