The tragedy occurred on November 6 at around 5:30 PM on Bohoyavlenska Street.

Preliminary reports indicate that the mother went to the market with her two younger children, aged 1 and 3, where her husband works. The 4-year-old boy was left alone in the apartment.
Neighbors noticed smoke coming from the apartment and immediately called the emergency services.
The fire was quickly extinguished; however, unfortunately, medical personnel confirmed the child’s death.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by specialists.
A criminal case has been opened under the preliminary legal qualification of paragraph 2 of part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional murder marked as an accident).
