Special attention has been given to rehabilitation rooms that provide suitable conditions for recovery.
The construction lasted two years, and the total cost of the project, including medical equipment, amounted to 1 billion 314 million hryvnias. All norms of inclusivity, sanitary, and epidemiological control were adhered to during the construction process. The building is equipped with a shelter and a helicopter landing pad.
