The petition, posted on the relevant website at the end of March, has gathered the necessary 250 signatures as of early May.

In their statement, residents of the Boyarka neighborhood are requesting a major renovation of the underground passage located at: Dubenska St., 44.
“The last renovation of this underground passage was carried out over 10 years ago. The condition of the facility today is unsatisfactory and dangerous for use, namely:
- deteriorated and partially destroyed stairs;
- existing leaks from the ceiling;
- overall emergency and neglected state of the passage.
Citizens are appealing with the request to:
- conduct an inspection of the technical condition of the underground passage;
- perform a major renovation of the stairs and walls;
- eliminate leaks and ensure proper waterproofing;
- improve the area;
- install convenient and safe ramps;
- ensure safe conditions for residents, especially children and people with limited mobility.
Currently, the petition is “under review.”
