To equip the military with modern technology necessary for effective resistance against the enemy, numerous requests were received by the city council. As a result of the tender procedure, ten ATVs were donated to ten military units.
“ATVs are extremely needed in combat conditions. They are mobile, maneuverable, and effective off-road. This equipment will enable the rapid delivery of ammunition, gear, and supplies, facilitate the evacuation of the wounded, and carry out reconnaissance and logistical tasks where other transport cannot go,” noted Viktor Shakiryanz, Secretary of the Rivne City Council.
