The Rivne football club “Veres,” led by president Ivan Nadeyin, plans to introduce a new tournament in Ukraine, which may be named the League Cup.

The competition format will involve a geographical distribution of teams into groups, where not only clubs from different leagues will participate, but also youth teams that will also be involved in European competitions during the summer.
Discussions about the calendar for the next season will take place at the end of the current year.
