This type of parking not only violates traffic rules but also poses a serious danger to other road users.
According to paragraph 15.9 “и” of the Traffic Rules, stopping and parking of vehicles is prohibited within 10 meters of the exits from adjacent territories, as well as in close proximity to the exit point.
Violating these regulations incurs administrative liability in the form of a fine of 680 hryvnias, in accordance with part 3 of Article 122 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
