The recording shows a forceful arrest of a man on General Bezruchka Street. A police officer and two individuals in military uniforms are restraining a resisting passerby and leading him to a service vehicle. It is known that the arrested man was taken for a military-medical commission (VLC).

According to the press service of the Rivne police, the man who was arrested was placed in a service vehicle and taken for the VLC. It was established that the 31-year-old resident of Rivne was wanted for evading mobilization, which was discovered during the document check.

“When he was asked to go to the TCC, he sprayed tear gas towards the officers. After that, the police officer used physical force to stop the unlawful actions. Currently, the offender is undergoing the VLC,” the law enforcement officials stated.

The spokesperson for the Rivne Regional TCC and SP, Tetiana Kameristova, clarified that it was not possible to identify the group of servicemen involved in the arrest, as the video does not show the license plates of the service vehicle.
