In Rivne, a minibus driver was found attempting to bypass a traffic jam by driving into oncoming traffic. This occurred after a video capturing the violation was shared on social media. The patrol officers quickly responded to the situation and stopped the offender on Volodymyr Stelmakh Street.

The police conducted a preventive conversation with the driver, after which he was held administratively liable under part 2 of Article 122 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, which prescribes penalties for driving into oncoming traffic on roads with two-way movement.
