Around 1 a.m. in Rivne, on Soborna Street, patrol police officers stopped a Seat car that had run a red light. During their conversation with the driver, the officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication and offered her a breathalyzer test. The result was significant – 1.67 promille. However, the woman refused further examination at a medical facility. As a result, the police compiled the appropriate administrative materials against her.
