Yesterday on Soborna Street in Sarny, police noticed an electric scooter whose driver was performing dangerous maneuvers, putting her safety and the safety of those around her at risk.

During their interaction with the 24-year-old woman, the officers detected signs of alcohol intoxication. She agreed to undergo on-site testing using a breathalyzer, the results of which showed 1.42 promille.
An administrative report was filed against the driver under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
