Roman Shustik, who has led the V. Polishchuk Regional Clinical Diagnostic Center for the past ten years, will assume the duties of rector of Rivne Medical Academy starting October 1, 2025.

Today, the official introduction of the new leader of the academy’s team took place.
Among Roman Shustik’s priorities are a focus on training military medics, as well as the establishment of a university clinic based at the medical academy, which will specialize in reproductive medicine and genetics.
According to the terms of the signed contract, Roman Shustik will lead the academy during the state of martial law, but no longer than six months after its termination or cancellation.
