In Ukraine, the heating season began on October 28, but the situation in the Rivne region remains complicated.

The Rivne Regional State Administration reported that all 64 territorial communities are ready to supply heat to residents’ homes. Specifically, 81% of the heating plants are already operational, which gives hope to the population.
However, the results of a survey conducted in the Rivne Community indicate a different reality. Among approximately 2000 respondents, 68% reported that the radiators in their homes remain cold. Only 13% of respondents noted that they felt the start of the heating season, while 19% of those surveyed use autonomous heating and are not dependent on the central heating system.
