A farewell ceremony was held in Rivne Region for seven Ukrainian defenders who lost their lives as a result of combat operations. Among them were: Sergiy Krechko from Loknynska hromada, Vitaliy Yatskov from Hoshchanska hromada, Sergiy Derkach from Zoryanshchyna, Yevheniy Herasymyk and Nazarij Antoniuk from Rivne hromada, Volodymyr Kozachok from Kostopil, and Vasyl Korniychuk from Myrohoshchanska hromada.

Sergiy Krechko, born in 1969 in the village of Senchytsi, was called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in April 2023. He served as a rigger in the 1st Engineering and Positioning Platoon. Unfortunately, Sergiy lost his life on November 18, 2025, while performing official duties in Sumy Oblast.
Vitaliy Yatskov was born on March 10, 1981, in the village of Chudnytsia. In 2018, he signed a contract with a military unit in Rivne and continued his service during the full-scale invasion, fulfilling the duties of a radio relay section commander. His life was cut short on November 25, 2025.
Sergiy Derkach was born on August 5, 1980, in the village of Mykhailychka. He voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the beginning of the full-scale war and died on November 23, 2025, as a result of an enemy airstrike in Donetsk Oblast.
Yevheniy Herasymyk, born on September 23, 1986, in Khabarovsk, took up arms to defend Ukraine in the early days of the invasion and joined the Special Operations Forces. He was killed in action against Russian occupiers in Kharkiv Oblast on November 24, 2025.
Nazarij Antoniuk was born on November 5, 1984, in Rivne. He joined the National Guard at the beginning of the full-scale invasion and died on November 24, 2025, due to a sudden cardiac arrest.
Volodymyr Kozachok was born on February 11, 1987, in Kostopil. He was mobilized in August 2025 and died on November 9 while carrying out a combat mission.
Vasyl Korniychuk, born on January 12, 1972, was mobilized on February 20, 2025. He served in the Kharkiv direction and, unfortunately, passed away on November 26, 2025, due to a severe illness in Dubno City Hospital.
