Yesterday, April 26, around 5 PM, a traffic accident occurred in the village of Lyubikovychi, which was reported to the police by medics.

Preliminary findings indicate that an 18-year-old cart driver, a local resident, lost control and crashed into a tree.
As a result of the accident, both the driver and his 17-year-old passenger, who are from the same village, were taken to the hospital with open head injuries, as well as fractures of the skull base, shin, and collarbone. The horse pulling the cart was unharmed.
A criminal proceeding has been initiated by the investigator for violating transportation safety regulations under Article 291 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
