In Rivnenshchyna, the memory of three defenders – Rostyslav Kryvko, Dmytro Bruy, and Vasyl Vinnychuk – was honored.

Rostyslav Kryvko, a native of the city of Sarny, took up arms to defend his country after the onset of the full-scale invasion by Russia. He served as a shooter in the 25th Separate Assault Battalion. Unfortunately, on February 26, 2026, while carrying out a combat mission in the Donetsk region, he was killed.
Dmytro Bruy, born in the village of Bohdashiv in the Zdolbuniv community, joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in August 2023. As a grenade launcher in the 95th Separate Air Assault Polissia Brigade, he was tasked in the Zaporizhzhia direction. On October 20, 2023, Dmytro headed out on a mission and did not return. Only in November did his family learn that he was missing in action. For two years, the family hoped for a miracle, but eventually received confirmation of his death.
Vasyl Vinnychuk, born on September 8, 1974, lived in the village of Druzhba in the Radivyliv community. He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on December 8, 2025, serving as a driver in a rifle squad with the rank of sergeant. Unfortunately, on March 15, 2026, he succumbed to injuries sustained during a combat mission in the Sumy region.
