In the city of Sarny, located in the Rivne region, law enforcement stopped an Audi A6 for violating traffic rules on European Street.

During communication with the driver, the patrol officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication: a strong smell of alcohol, slurred speech, and inappropriate behavior.
The 31-year-old man agreed to undergo a test at the stop, where the result showed 1.43 promille of alcohol in his blood.
The driver also expressed a desire to undergo a repeat test at a medical facility, where the alcohol level was 1.35 promille.
A report was drawn up against the violator under part 1 of Article 122 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (for stopping a vehicle closer than 10 meters from the exit of the adjacent territory) and a protocol under part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (driving under the influence).
The vehicle was towed to the impound lot.
