According to preliminary data, a 16-year-old local resident, who did not have a driver’s license, was riding an unregistered moped.
In conditions of poor visibility, the boy was unable to adequately assess the road situation and crashed into a trash bin located at the edge of the roadway.
As a result of the incident, the teenager sustained multiple injuries and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit in an unconscious state.
Investigative authorities are conducting an investigation to clarify all the circumstances of the event.
