Shakiryzan Expresses Concern Over the State of the Kindergarten in Rivne

Viktor Shakiryzan, the acting mayor of Rivne, expressed serious concerns about the safety of kindergarten No. 39 during his visit to the institution.

This is reported by Rivne24

The official noted that the only emergency exit from the shelter of the institution leads to an underground pipe, which is covered by a heavy cast-iron manhole. According to him, this route is extremely inconvenient and dangerous for children.

“In a situation where children are forced to use such an exit, it raises significant concerns.”

Shakiryzan also added that the institution is included in the thermal modernization program. As part of this program, updates to the facade, street lighting, and repairs to the pool are planned. Additionally, the establishment of a safe exit from the shelter is also envisioned.

Furthermore, he pointed out the outdated energy-consuming equipment in the institution’s kitchen, which requires urgent replacement.
