Participation of Teachers in the Competition
Traditionally, educators will compete in four categories. To participate, teachers must have at least three years of experience in general secondary or vocational education institutions.

This year, Rivne Region is represented by 12 more participants compared to last year.
In terms of categories, there will be 36 teachers competing in ‘Primary Education’, 19 in ‘Mathematics’, 18 in ‘English Language’, and 5 educators in ‘Civic Education’.
The winner of the national stage of the competition will receive the title of ‘Honored Teacher of Ukraine’. Four winners of the regional stage will also receive a monetary reward from the regional budget equivalent to two salaries of a teacher of the highest category.
Stages of the Competition
The competition will take place in two rounds:
- the first – from November 2025 to February 2026;
- the second – in April-May 2026.
