In Rivne, on Tynnivska Street, motorcycle patrol officers noticed a VAZ car, the driver of which, upon seeing the patrol, sharply increased speed and began to flee.

The police signaled for the vehicle to stop, using flashing lights and sirens. However, the driver ignored the demand and continued to drive.
Shortly thereafter, the patrol was able to stop the vehicle. It turned out that a 15-year-old boy was behind the wheel.
The minor’s mother was called to the scene, and a report was filed against her under part 3 of Article 184 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, which holds parents accountable for offenses committed by children aged 14 to 16.
