Tomorrow, January 12, 2026, the Berezniv community will honor the memory of Ukraine Defender Oleksandr Stadnik, born in 1980, a resident of the village of Zirne, originally from Kirovohrad region.

Sergeant Stadnik, who held the position of platoon commander of the tank battalion’s communications unit, had been serving Ukraine since May 2020. He tragically passed away on January 3, 2026, at Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 12 due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident in Kharkiv region.
The arrival of the military convoy carrying Defender Oleksandr Stadnik is scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2026. Estimated arrival times are as follows:
- Mockvynske Crossroad – 09:20
- City of Berezne – 10:00
- Village of Zirne – 10:30
The route of the convoy will pass through:
City of Berezne: Andriivska Street – Koretska Street – Teklivska Street – Heroes of Ukraine Street – Zirnenska Street – towards the village of Zirne.
Village of Zirne: Zirnenska Street – Zavodska Street.
The military burial will take place on the same day (time may vary):
- Farewell: at 12:00, Village of Zirne, Zavodska Street, 42.
- Requiem Service: Holy Panteleimon Church, Village of Zirne.
- Burial: local village cemetery.
