The issuance of personalized transport cards has begun in Rivne, providing free public transport for children under 18 years old who are internally displaced persons registered in the Rivne city territorial community.

To obtain a card, the following documents are required:
- birth certificate for children under 14 years old (ID card for children aged 14 to 18);
- certificate of assignment of the taxpayer identification number;
- certificate of registration as an internally displaced person;
- document confirming the authority of the legal representative of the minor (the representative must be present);
- contact mobile phone number.
Transport cards can be obtained at the following addresses:
- Rivne, Slovatskoho St., 3-A (NGO “Integration Center”);
- Rivne, Soborna St., 12, office 23.
