Drunk 16-Year-Old Electric Scooter Driver Arrested in Dubno

Yesterday, on Surmychi Street in the city of Dubno, patrol police stopped a Fada electric scooter, whose driver was carrying a passenger without a helmet.
During the check, it was revealed that the driver was a 16-year-old boy who showed clear signs of alcohol intoxication. The officers called his mother to conduct a sobriety test. The test results showed 0.29 promille.
An administrative report was filed against the young man under part 1 of article 130 (Driving Under the Influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
