According to the results of 2025, insurers in Rivne Region transferred 16.5 billion hryvnias in unified social contribution (USC) to the budget. This is 3.2 billion hryvnias more compared to 2024.

It is worth noting that the USC rate is 22% of the accrued salary.
As of January 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Ukraine increased to 8,647 hryvnias, which affected the amount of the unified social contribution:
- minimum insurance contribution — 1,902.34 hryvnias per month (8,647 × 22%);
- maximum base for USC calculation — 172,940 hryvnias (20 minimum wages).
