At the scene, law enforcement officials determined that a 33-year-old Tesla driver failed to maintain a safe speed, lost control, and crashed into a metal guardrail. The driver did not require medical assistance.
The police drafted a report on the street and road network inspection and a protocol according to Article 124 (Violation of traffic rules that led to an accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
