At 5:45 AM, a woman called 103 to report that her 27-year-old sister was in labor. This occurred in the village of Maleve in the Dubno district, near the border with Volyn.

A team from the Demydiv ambulance station was dispatched urgently. However, after traveling a few kilometers from the home, the patient began to have rapid labor right in the vehicle.
Everything went smoothly: the newborn baby boy weighed 3 kg 400 g and measured 52 cm in length. After examining the mother and child and providing the necessary medical assistance according to clinical protocols, the mother and baby were transported to the Volyn Perinatal Center.
According to the Regional Center for Emergency Medical Assistance and Disaster Medicine, last year in Rivne region, medical professionals assisted with 6 births in vehicles or at home.
