On March 27, around 2:00 PM, law enforcement officers, together with investigators, apprehended a 47-year-old resident of Zdolbuniv who was selling four methadone tablets.
Nine days ago, police conducted a similar purchase: an expert examination confirmed that the pills contained narcotic substances.
During a sanctioned search, law enforcement seized 50 methadone tablets and 50 methamphetamine tablets.
The perpetrator was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office, he was informed of the charges against him.
Today, the court granted the investigator’s request and chose a preventive measure of detention for the Zdolbuniv resident, with the possibility of posting bail, which he did not pay. The investigation is ongoing.
