At 11:20 AM in the village of Loknytsia, on Lesia Ukrainka Street in the Loknytsia territorial community, a man born in 1965 was hospitalized with a diagnosis of frostbite of both feet, grades I–II.
On the same day at 12:41 PM in the village of Klesiv, on Central Street in the Klesiv territorial community, a man born in 1966 was taken to the intensive care unit of the Sarny Central District Hospital, where he was diagnosed with severe hypothermia.
Rescuers emphasize the need to exercise caution in low-temperature conditions: one should avoid prolonged exposure to the cold, dress warmly, refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages in the cold, and closely monitor one’s health. If the first signs of frostbite or hypothermia appear, it is essential to seek medical assistance immediately or call the emergency number “101”.
