The incident occurred on January 28, when a 60-year-old and a 47-year-old resident of Radivyliv were drinking alcoholic beverages in the younger man’s apartment. When the host asked the guest to leave, he refused and stabbed his acquaintance in the neck with a knife.

The victim’s life is not in danger. The attacker, who, according to the expert’s conclusion, was in a state of intoxication, was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
The investigator informed the suspect of the charges. The court initially chose a preventive measure of detention for 60 days, but later changed it to round-the-clock house arrest.
The pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the materials of the criminal proceedings have been sent to court.
