Yesterday in the city of Sarny, on Kostopil Street, a female driver of a Mercedes-Benz failed to maintain a safe speed, lost control during a turn, and crashed into a tree.

During the document check, inspectors found signs of alcohol intoxication in the 37-year-old woman. The patrol officers conducted a blood alcohol test at the scene using a breathalyzer, which showed a result of 1.34 ‰.
The police drew up protocols against the driver for the following articles:
- Art. 124 (Traffic violation resulting in an accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
