Yesterday in the city of Sarny, on Warsaw Street, police noticed a YAMAHA scooter that was moving without a license plate.

The patrol officers signaled for the vehicle to stop using flashing lights and sirens. However, the driver did not respond to the demand, continued driving, veered off the road near a store, abandoned the vehicle, and fled the scene.
Upon stopping near the store, the officers encountered a woman who confirmed that the fugitive was her 15-year-old son. She called the boy, and within a few minutes, he returned to the scene.
The officers issued an administrative protocol against the woman under part 3 of Article 184 (Failure to Fulfill Parental Duties) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
