The epidemic situation regarding influenza and acute respiratory viral infections in the community has been recognized as critical. In the past seven days, nearly three thousand individuals have sought medical assistance, of which 68.8% are children.
To monitor the health of students, educational institutions will conduct daily attendance monitoring, recording the number of students who missed classes due to illness, as well as determining the ratio of sick students to the total number of students in the institution.
Remote learning will last from February 9 to 13, 2026, after which the Commission members plan to reconvene to make a decision on the future format of education — whether to continue online learning or return students to in-person classes.
