Today, October 26, at approximately 07:20, a report was received on the special line 102 from the relatives of a 76-year-old resident of Mlyniv, who went mushroom picking yesterday and did not return home. The family was unable to find the retiree on their own, so they sought help from the law enforcement authorities.

Community police officers urgently headed to the forest area in the village of Uzhynets.
Fortunately, the search lasted about an hour: near a dense thicket, the officers discovered a man who matched the description of the missing person. It turned out to be the 76-year-old resident of Mlyniv.
The man admitted that he did not even realize how he got lost, as he was well acquainted with the forest. He noted that to avoid freezing, he walked all night.
Later, the police also found his car.
