Such situations significantly complicate the work of utility services. When container sites are blocked by private vehicles, garbage trucks cannot approach to collect the waste. This leads to the accumulation of garbage, overflowing containers, and litter scattered across the yard and street.
According to paragraph 15.10 (e) of the traffic rules, parking a vehicle closer than 5 meters from container sites and/or containers for household waste collection is prohibited. A fine of 340 hryvnias is imposed for such violations.
