A new version of the “Rivne Community Hotline – 1553” has been presented in Rivne, aimed at ensuring quick, transparent, and convenient communication between residents and the city authorities.

“The hotline will operate around the clock, accepting inquiries related to the competencies of the executive bodies of the city council, as well as enterprises and institutions of the community,” noted the secretary of the Rivne City Council, Viktor Shakiryzan. “You can call the short number 1553 (calls are available from all mobile operators) or through the internet portal: https://1553.rivnerada.gov.ua/“.
As part of the update, a unified electronic database of inquiries has been created, allowing tracking of the status of each request and monitoring the stages of its processing.
The organization of the hotline’s operation will be managed by the Department of Municipal Guard of the Rivne City Council.
The new platform will facilitate prompt responses to issues, increase trust in the authorities, and support decision-making based on the analysis of citizens’ inquiries.
