The verification of Starlink terminals is starting in the Rivne region, which individuals can undergo at the Rivne Center for Administrative Services (CNAP) today after lunch. In other centers across the region, the service will be available starting tomorrow.

Additionally, starting tomorrow, verification of terminals for legal entities will begin on the Diia portal.
Procedure for Individuals
- Gather data: find the KIT number of the terminal (on the box) or UTID (in the app settings);
- Prepare documents: passport and identification code;
- Visit the CNAP: contact the administrator.
Procedure for Legal Entities
- Authenticate using the company’s electronic signature (KEP);
- Find the service “Notification of the Use of Starlink Terminals”;
- Enter the device data.
In both cases, the procedure will be free of charge.
