The Department of Education, Youth, and Sports of the Ostroh City Council reports that, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and due to adverse weather conditions, general secondary education institutions are advised to organize the educational process in a remote format on January 12–13, 2026. Preschool education institutions will operate in a mode of emergency groups during this period. It is important that information regarding the organization of the educational process will be provided to parents and students in a timely manner.
