Two young wrestlers from Rivne region have the opportunity to represent Ukraine at the European Youth Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship.

The chance for the boys from Klesiv and Kostopil was earned through their successful performances at the Ukrainian Championship.
Artem Zhelobkov from Klesiv became the Ukrainian champion in the weight category up to 60 kg, achieving the standard of Master of Sports of Ukraine (coach Viktor Marach).
The silver medalists of the competition were:
- Serhiy Shlapak, Kostopil, in the weight category up to 51 kg (coach Viktor Marach),
- Vladyslav Holovach, Klesiv, in the weight category up to 60 kg (coach Andriy Martyniuk).
Yuriy Mysyuk took fifth place in the weight category up to 51 kg, not reaching the podium (coach Viktor Marach).
Artem Zhelobkov and Serhiy Shlapak received invitations to the U-17 European Championship, which will take place in Bulgaria in May. Before that, the boys will undergo training camps with the national team and participate in an international tournament in Romania.
