In Rivne, during the curfew, police detained a 36-year-old man who was behaving suspiciously on Olena Teliha Street.

The law enforcement officers noticed his behavior, which raised suspicion. During the conversation with the police, the man began to get nervous and attempted to flee the scene, prompting the officers to conduct a pat-down search.
In the pocket of his jacket, they found a matchbox, inside which was a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance resembling drugs.
To further investigate the circumstances, detectives were called to the scene. It is known that a criminal proceeding has been opened against the detainee under part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for illegal possession of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs without the intent to sell.
